New Publisher

Uta Grosenick is the new publisher of edition cantz. Since autumn 2019, she has been building the head office in Berlin. With her knowledge of the art scene and the art market, she uses her experience in book making and in the programmatic direction of art book publishers. Grosenick worked as an exhibition organizer and curator at renowned art museums in Germany before devoting herself to the conception and production of books and catalogs. Between 1999 and 2006 she published numerous overview volumes and monographs on contemporary art at Taschen Verlag and became program manager for art at DuMont in 2006. In 2010 she co-founded Distanz publishing and worked there until summer 2019 as its publisher.
