Obituary Bernd Barde

Our valued colleague Bernd Barde died unexpectedly at the age of 68 last Friday. We have not only lost an experienced senior editor, but also an advisor and friend who carried everyone away with his energy. Bernd Barde played a key role in the re-establishment of edition cantz and in building up DCV—books were his life. Uta Grosenick will continue his projects.
